If for some reason you have accidentally provided
the incorrect address, please email: lovekouture20@gmail.com as soon as possible. However, if you do not email us in a timely manner your package will have been shipped and we won’t be able to fix it.

Love Kouture is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. It is very unfortunate and inconvenient that these things occur but since we ship via USPS it is their responsibility to deliver all packages safely and in good condition.
